• An opportunity exists here because a football team has millions of dollars in revenue to put toward whatever they want.
• This is an opportunity for the football program to build a greater team and greater facilities for their players and fans to continue to grow the program.
• This opportunity requires a skill of how to form and sustain an A+ college football program.  Some amateur with no skills cannot do the job this opportunity calls for.
• The reason I see this opportunity is I have a huge liking for College Football and for sports.  If I see an economic opportunity in sports, my interest is high.
2. Forbes:  This $2 Billion HR Startup Wants To Humanize How Small Businesses Pay Their Staff

• An opportunity exists because a brand new never before seen way to handle small business pay.
• This is an opportunity for many small businesses to take advantage of a genius HR strategy that will save them money and time, maximizing efficiency.
• This opportunity requires strong business management skills to fully maximize the opportunity's potential. 
• The reason I see this opportunity is I was recently able to work in the HR department of the Florida State Attorney's Office 13th Judicial Circuit this past summer, and I was educated on the HR side of business.

Regulatory

1.  Rice University News:  New bike safety video encourages safe riding

• An opportunity exists because students need safe methods to get to class during the day.
• This is an opportunity for many students to be impacted by a SG video promoting bike safety on campus.  Their safety is very important to the school, to their family, and to themselves.
• This opportunity requires students with open minds to listen and agree to follow the advice the school is giving them.  They can't be embarrassed to do anything that makes them safer.
• The reason I see this opportunity is because at UF we have a big scooter safety issue that I can relate to with Rice's bike safety issues.
2. After Tragedies, a Call to Change Greek Life's Culture

• An opportunity exists here because fraternities have been putting themselves in terrible situations that reflect poorly on the entire nation's greek life.
• This is an opportunity for fraternities to change their ways for good in order to keep their members safe and away from harm.  
• This opportunity requires fraternity leaders to have level heads and do what is right, not to keep doing the same stuff that has been causing issues over the past history of greek life.
• The reason I see this opportunity is because I am in a fraternity at UF and there are many changes that we are having to make (some voluntary and some not).  While these changes may not seem great to some people, they are ultimately for the greater good of the school as a whole.
