My customer avatar would be a UF undergraduate or graduate student anywhere from 18-26 years old. They would most likely be a busy student on campus, whether it was through involvement in student organizations, or through a rigorous work/class schedule. Examples of this might include Gator Growl, Dance Marathon, Student Government, Cicerones, Greek Life, employment in the area, etc. Their course load could range anywhere from being relatively relaxed to pretty rigorous. I can imagine the student is always on the move, and they're usually with a friend or two at all times. They would most likely be running low on phone battery throughout the whole afternoon, and they wouldn't be able to settle down to plug their phone into a wall. They definitely use their phone for important tasks, along with the fun social aspects too.

ReplyDeleteI thought you did a great job of detailing to whom you believe you're selling your product to. I enjoyed your choice of customer avatar because I actually know one of the students in this selected picture and know that he would benefit greatly from your idea of mobile phone jumper cables. I think that your product could be used in multiple circumstances where a person is in need of their phone battery being charged.
