What's Your Secret Sauce?

5 Ways My Human Capital is Truly Unique

  1. The key experiences that I have had in my time so far in college are one of the biggest reasons why I am as unique as I am today.  These experiences have allowed me to learn from my mistakes, and grow into a stronger and more wise person.
  2. Through some of these experiences, I have developed strong leadership skills that have allowed me to do what is right, without worrying about other peoples' approval.
  3. I believe I also have a very rational approach to life.  If something seems to be a little too much, I assess the situation in order to figure out the best way to handle the task at hand.
  4. Growing up with an older brother, I had to learn how to share and work as a group.  Those skills then have allowed me to become a very charitable/sharing person in my life now.  When it comes to school and work, these traits are very useful.
  5. The final reason why my human capital is unique is that I am tenacious.  I have realized this trait throughout my time here at UF, because I have come across so many difficult situations that have only pushed me to work harder.
